Recent surgery and not 100% happy with services. No follow-up from facility staff to check on and follow up. Front desk staff upon arrival not friendly. While enjoy being home recovering; felt like I was headed out the moment my eyes opened and no observation completed to ensure all ok before releasing. While under influence of medication- staff went over discharge and I was non comprehending anything they said .

I was supposed to have an arthroscopy on my Left shoulder on May 12, 2026. All of my preoperative tests were completed and I was scheduled May 12, 2026. But when the anesthesia department was notified of my surgery. Dr. Perez has replaced both of my hips at Momentum Specialty Surgery Center. From the time I was diagnosed for this, to the time that both surgeries were finally over, everyone I dealt with was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient with their position and had compassion for each patient there when dealing with them. Not only is Dr.Perez the best there is for something like this, he has the staff to back him up.
