What an amazing experience we had with Kelly and Selina! I can't say enough about how stressful and emotional it was during the ups and downs of the market. However, Kelly and Selina were there to guide us every single step of the way, from setting up contractors to get our house ready, advising regarding market conditions, answering questions regarding the contracts, etc. We were blessed to have such a knowledgeable team to work with!
Kelly is fantastic, reliable, and an effective real eatate agent. When we planed to sell our house, we interviewed other agaents recomending to "gut" the house to remodel with expensive remodeling cost up to $100, 000. However, we spent less than $10,000 as recomended by Kelly to fix the necessary irems only with her recomended contractors who gave the best prices.
