I just moved into the Momentum Property on 701 Culbertson and am very satisfied with the apartment and the management. So far I like: 1. Security -outer doors are always locked so there is a barrier between my door and the outside. This is a good thing. 2. Maintenance - the apartment was in great working condition (appliances etc.). I noticed it only took maintenance less than a week to fix a broken hinge on the back gate to the property, which was a pleasant surprise. 3.
