Chad was my therapist and he was phenomenal. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable.
Before I went to Momentum I had relentless low back pain from a compression fracture after a fall and significant arthritis to my spine. I have MS and had developed L leg weakness with trouble walking anymore than a block. KELSEY my awesome therapist would start every session working magic by massaging and manipulating slightly my back and pelvis. The Momentum Physical Therapy at Culbera facility. I personally want to thank Kelsie Thompson. She was awesome with my therapy and listen to my concerns especially where the pain was. She was friendly and very outgoing. I would highly recommend this facility for therapy.
