Felt bad. The front desk lady just handed over the plates. I asked if they could give me one more plate frame because they already installed one with the temporary plate when I bought the car. She said their part department was closed and asked to order one from Amazon. So aweful! Other deals offer a pair of free frames and help to install the plates. They only give a single frame and ask yourself to buy another one😂😂😂😂😂
