Not transparent. Sold me a car with damage and then acted like I had done it. Called to speak to head manager and never received a word back as if the money I spent with them meant nothing
Barry was probably the least pressuring car sales associate I have ever met. The car was exactly as he described. There was no pressure to buy extended warranties, service packages, etc. The price we we quoted was the price we paid. The car, the service, the experience was impeccable! Thank you Barry. Even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled time, she welcomed me right away and got everything started without delay. Allyce was incredibly friendly, professional, and customer-oriented. She answered all my questions thoroughly — including those about service costs — and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Her attitude and efficiency truly stood out.
