I am a BMW driver, I absolutely the car. Last year (Jan. 2024), I purchased my current 2021 BMW. I was told that it was Certified Pre-Owned. To me that meant that they would go over the car to insure that there was nothing wrong with it and if there were it would be fixed before the sell or covered under their CPO agreement. Everyone was very friendly & made us feel like valued customers even tho we were buying a used Toyota Camry & not even a BMW ! I loved that. In the future will be coming back there to hopefully get a new BMW from yall. Top tier customer service !!

Purchased a car in November and still had no plates four months later. Multiple calls went ignored, requests and subsequently demands for a replacement temporary plate met with silence. Someone in administration isn't doing their job but boy will those salesmen try their best to dizzy you at purchase
