So went to Momentum Mini this morning for service. Got in the first row was second car. I do not walk well because of my knee. The first row is closer to the waiting area. My service agent was the first one all the way across the building at row up door. There were 5 service agents in the first row doing nothing at the time. They have absolute the worst service and attitudes I have ever experienced at a dealership. It's such a lonnnngggggg list, the service department is just horrible.
Stay Away I Purchased a 3 year oil change package. When the vehicle was due and I went to use the package purchased , The manager javier refused to honor the package. I had a wonderful experience buying a new MINI convertible with Erica at Momentum MINI. Momentum had the exact model and color that I wanted and she placed the vehicle on hold for me while I came from San Antonio to pick it up. Erica was terrific to work with and an excellent communicator. I appreciated the Sonic pricing, which gave me an automatic discount without having to haggle.
