No I would not recommend this dealership for someone who will be bringing their car to be continuously serviced. I’ve been taking my car to this dealership for the past five years, and while things were fine in the beginning, my experience over the last two years has been extremely disappointing. Early on, I was constantly contacted about selling my car every time I came in for service, but that stopped as my car got older. Came in there to buy used car very laid-back environment but really nice for once to have that in a car dealership staff was very friendly
So went to Momentum Mini this morning for service. Got in the first row was second car. I do not walk well because of my knee. The first row is closer to the waiting area. My service agent was the first one all the way across the building at row up door. There were 5 service agents in the first row doing nothing at the time. So I had to walk all the way back to the front entrance outside row. One of the managers came and apologized but defended their actions because that row is designated mini row.
