Not the culture they advertised! Don’t let the “Christian owned” and their websites “core values” fool you, the owners and upper management do not practice what they preach. Oddly enough, after the investment partners had the whole company complete a survey asking the employees to be honest. A few weeks after the survey, the culture in the office changed tremendously. After being a lead for over 3 yrs. I was blatantly lied to about my future with the company. Directly told several times by the GM of Operations that my position was of great importance to them. Well, I was shafted through many lies told to me. Never even received a clear explanation. Do not trust the management at all Absolutely not Christian based or this would have not taken place . Sad,Sad
James gave us an amazing service, I would definitely recommend this guy. Awesome service and great staff.
