Huge thank you to the team at Momentum Health Calgary and very special thanks to Kaitlyn who was a great support on my healing journey after my total knee replacement surgery. The strength and mobility exercises Kaitlyn gave me helped me improve so much, and her kind and encouraging words kept me motivated through some tough weeks. Her concern was for my total mind and body health, I am so grateful I chose this location and found her. I would highly recommend this location and Kaitlyn.
