I had a simple job - installation of an additional outlet in the bathroom. Kevin asked for photos to better understand the different options we would have for getting power to that location and explained the process. I was prepared for a delay between the quote and scheduling the actual service but they were able to come out same-day! When Dakota arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't pressure me to take the easiest installation approach (making holes in the wall to run the power to the new location).
