This is a very poorly run practice with undertrained, inexperienced staff and a horrible customer portal/customer service mentality. Difficult to work with, difficult to schedule with and difficult to communicate with. The trifecta. There are SO many other good counseling options available in the Denver area. If you're looking for a new therapist, I implore you to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
