MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IN YOUR CAR WORKS AND LOOKS GOOD. I JUST BOUGHT MY CAR THREE WEEKS AGO AND THE TIRE BLEW ON IT'S ON. THEY HAD TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE TWO TIRES WHEN I BOUGHT IT AND IT ENDS UP THEY DIDN'T BECAUSE "INSPECTION PASSED" VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPOINTED AT BMW. TO THINK I WANTED TO GET ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM!
Once again Khara Wood and the Momentum Service Department moved me through without any issues. Provided shuttle back and forth during services being conducted. Great atmosphere and friendly faces as always.
