I actually had to have my car towed to this dealership, after it broke down in traffic. Of what I thought would be a simple fix, turned out to be a highly priced repair. At that point, I wanted to check my options of a trade-in, with a possibility of walking out with a different vehicle. James Crowe was so Nice as he greeted me in the Service Dept. Worse BMW so irresponsible I was given a paper tag 3 mo ago and today is last day and still not plates I got stop by Police 3 times and so I call dealer and told them about it they said there was nothing for them to do so now here I am with a bmw suv that I will not be able to drive cause of the plate so my advise staw away from dealers like this I have been telling people about it and so to people who is on platform as influencer
