I brought my Omega watch for maintenance and was told the workshop would receive it within one week and call me with an estimate. After two weeks with no call, I had to follow up myself multiple times. When I spoke with an employee named Lina, she was unprofessional — constantly interrupting, insisting I was “pushing” them, and even hung up on me. Angie at Moments Watches and Jewelry was absolutely amazing! She was so thoughtful and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
