I walked around the entire mall to find somebody to repair my earrings as an emergency not one store I was able to do except the store highly recommend five stars
I highly recommend watch master Fady - he went above and beyond to explain the process, answer my questions and take care of the watch servicing I needed in an approachable, personalized, and efficient way. They stand behind their work with a warranty as well. P.S. The store was quite busy showcasing their robust collection of watches, but the staff took the time to check in throughout the process and make sure I was taken care of. Quality service worth paying a little bit extra for.
