I brought my Omega watch for maintenance and was told the workshop would receive it within one week and call me with an estimate. After two weeks with no call, I had to follow up myself multiple times. When I spoke with an employee named Lina, she was unprofessional — constantly interrupting, insisting I was “pushing” them, and even hung up on me. Later, when I visited the store in person, she again interrupted me in front of another employee and accused me of “shouting” simply because I raised my voice slightly to be heard.... read more
