I wish I could recommend Moments Hospice to others but the lack of communication between teams caused a lot of frustration for me and my family during the difficult times we were already facing. I was told multiple times things were being taken care of when I had to follow up myself to ensure things got done. Losing a loved one is difficult and the patient experience should truly come first and unfortunately we just didn't feel that way with this service.

They could have came and got the bed out of our house immediately not two days later and having to be reminded for 2 straight days that our mother is no longer with us, and after she passed it we got no text back about picking up the bed. They got their fees out of her and then ties were cut.

A local MN Rochester Ma & Pa Hospice company that will go the distance to make sure your loved one is cared for above and beyond. Immediate answer and engagement when needed day, night, weekend, holiday, or not they'll be there. You're their number one priority and it shows through their services and community outreach.
