From the very first Zoom meeting, she was high-energy, organized, and completely on top of everything. Even though I live in DFW and our venue was in Georgetown, it felt like I didn’t need to be there at all; she had everything handled! As someone who struggled to relinquish control over décor, I was nervous about letting go, but she took care of every detail flawlessly and managed all the chaos so I didn’t have to. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough!

We worked with Heather for our March 2025 wedding at the Garey House for month of planning and day of coordination. With the stress that comes with wedding planning and all the logistics, she was truly a blessing! It’s fun to think of decor and dresses, but you have to prioritize the logistics and flow of the day and she was incredible at this!!
