Heather was an amazing coordinator and ensured that everything went smoothly for our wedding. I would strongly recommend anyone who has an upcoming wedding to work with her. She is great to work with and makes sure all the checklists for the wedding are completed. She professional, flexible, and very friendly based on our experience.
We worked with Heather for our April 2026 wedding at the Garey House. We used her Wedding Management package. Heather was absolutely amazing and was everything we needed to coordinate our wedding. We had constant check-ins to make sure we were staying on top of everything and getting things done in a timely manner. From the very first Zoom meeting, she was high-energy, organized, and completely on top of everything. Even though I live in DFW and our venue was in Georgetown, it felt like I didn’t need to be there at all; she had everything handled! As someone who struggled to relinquish control over décor, I was nervous about letting go, but she took care of every detail flawlessly and managed all the chaos so I didn’t have to. Because of her, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day, and I can’t recommend her enough!
