3/28/25: Update The owner has reached out and has been very respectful and apologetic which I value very much. Also note, I took my bike to another shop (Black Mountain) the next day, they fitted my bars and tape in 2 hours on a Friday. I brought my bike in on January 22nd for a new bar and tape installation. They mentioned it would take about 2-3 weeks, and I agreed since this is my go-to shop, understanding they are usually pretty busy. Best bike shop in San Diego!!! I bought my new road bike here and all the guys are so knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend getting a bike fit with JT, truly life changing for comfort on the bike. I come back all the time for bike tuneups & to buy biking accessories.
