Missing parts, stripped bolts, backwards pads — on a $$$ triathlon bike! I bought a Cervélo P5 at Moment Bicycles earlier this year, and while the sales staff are friendly and helpful, my experience with the fit and build process has been deeply disappointing. I came in for a fitting as a returning triathlete, already riding a size 56 P2 comfortably.
