While the units & amenities are wonderful, stunning in fact the management office is horrific. They lack the simple ability to communicate anything. Window washing starts at 8am yet an email arrives at 1045am alerting you to window washing. They never sent an email about the pool reopening. The residents are still awaiting the return of resident socials which were promised a month ago. The property manager was trained in the art of dictatorship.
