This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The young lady's in the front at 3:30 on May 8th were so rude. 1st off they called the scale the "weight machine" she never walked me to my room just told me where it was and she would be right with me after I got on the scale. When she did come to the room she did not ask me any questions and immediately told me to go to the ER to be seen because my doctor is not at this location. I tried to plead my case she sent me away. Molly the ultrasound tech is always amazing and kind. The whole staff is nice and helpful. I don't leave with any un answered queations.
The PA was amazing, very welcoming and friendly. But the medical assistants (I think) are a disaster. They didn’t know how to pronounce simple words like “menstrual cycle”, “orgasm”, “syphilis” it was very uncomfortable. I felt scared to have them handling my health. I had to spell almost everything for them. When they asked me about when I got my first menstrual cycle, I told them and they still put in the wrong dates… multiple times… after I corrected them… multiple times… it was very awkward and uncomfortable. I feel like I left with no answers to any of the concerns I came in with. I sat there in a cold room with NO clothes on for over 20mins waiting for the nurse. The nurse didn’t really act like she cared about anything I was describing to her and it just did not even make me want to continue with the appointment. I was seconds away from just putting my clothes back on and leaving!! I hope I never have an experience like this from a health provider again.
Horrible bedside manner. Nobody ever knows what’s going on, I recently had a miscarriage and this place has only made me feel worse reliving everything I’ve gone through. Find another place, even if it takes a little longer to see an OB.
