The scheduling department is terrible. I received several texts a day every day asking if I want to reschedule earlier with another provide. The day of my appointment they called & said my provider had canceled. I rescheduled for the next week. When I write for my appointment, they did not have me on the schedule. My insurance is not accepted at Momdoc, however I have my procedures done at Momdoc specifically Teri, because of the excellence in patient care.
