Best place to go for amazing, fast, friendly, individualized care. Terri and her team are always thorough, fast, and listen to my concerns.
There are a lot of great things about this place. The nurses and doctor were kind. I personally would not go back. When I made the appointment for my first visit I was told that it was a get-to-know-you appointment and they would just ask questions and get my history. Once the nurse or CNA finished asking me questions, she told me to get completely undressed. When I asked why, she didn’t give me a direct answer and said, “I’ll just say you’d prefer not to”. Wow, if the way they answered, the phone is how they treat their clients…left swipe
I would NOT recommend this practice. My experience was very disappointing, the practitioner came across as uncaring and uninterested, which made me feel like just another number. On top of that, my bill was coded incorrectly, and although the billing staff clearly had the ability to resolve the issue, they chose not to. The whole experience felt very corporate and focused on maximizing what they could get from insurance rather than providing quality, compassionate care.
