Although the providers and staff in office are amazing, the phone/ text staff make it very hard to want to use this company. Any communication via phone or text is rarely consistent and the staff used for this portion of the business is not trained or equipped to handle basic scheduling or medical conversations with the appropriate care.

If I could give a lower rating I would. My first visit right after I found out I was pregnant. I walked in gave my name sat down and noticed all the techs/nurses crammed in the waiting room gossiping. When I was called in I greeted the nurse with a smile and in return I got a urine cup shoved in my face and and told to pee. Perhaps they had a bad day, so I kindly asked if I could have some water because it helps, she glared at me and said no. The rest of the visit was like I was at a prison. No Thank you!

Absolutely unprofessional throughout my wife's pregnancy. They've gotten her appointment wrong on multiple occasions and made her wait. Seriously, how are people supposed to know when their appointment is when they tell them one time but their system says it's at another time. Logic is not their strong suit. And they're not even apologetic for their mistakes. This latest appointment was the last straw.
