Not a bad place to be. The waiting rooms are uncomfortable and weird with no check in areas but you get used to the MA's just walking in and out and switching with eachother to check people in. No place to pay a co-pay. I always have to call and find out what's going on there. Do NOT go here. Seriously!! I had my first & second babies here & they have gotten progressively worse. So much so that I switched to True Harmony for my third in the third trimester.. the whole thing has been insanely stressful. (Highly recommend True Harmony btw) The scheduling & billing departments have no clue what they’re talking about. Constantly getting told different things from different people & they’re SO condescending & rude. I asked the billing department for a full itemized list of what I owe & for what. They j... read more
Although the providers and staff in office are amazing, the phone/ text staff make it very hard to want to use this company. Any communication via phone or text is rarely consistent and the staff used for this portion of the business is not trained or equipped to handle basic scheduling or medical conversations with the appropriate care.
