Andrea performed an ultrasound for my wife & I today and….it was a blessing to say the least.. she was very personable very professional..but more than that she went above and beyond for us. Prompt service and friendly and I thought the doctor was very experienced and I felt at ease.
To start, it seemed like the doctors were brushing off my concerns of miscarriage due to previous losses. They had no plan, no care, just said “it’s normal”. I always see someone new rather than having one provider the whole pregnancy. The medical assistants don’t know how to use a Doppler, can’t find a heartbeat which again, not very pleasing to have happen, as someone who’s experienced pregnancy losses. Multiple appointments cancelled due to call outs from Ultrasound techs and Providers. Hire better staff.
This was my first visit to this Clinic. It was a bit of a “cold” experience at the beginning. Not a very inviting front of house. However, even though the wait was very long once I was moved to the exam room, Dr. LaShonda Carlton made up for it! She was warm and very sweet. She was patient with my questions and took an interest in me, not just my health. Very comforting!
Idk about the appointments being all tablet based when I call they’re not very nice to how they speak to you rude manner and always confirming different time appointments changing your time without any consideration or communication just a text it’s confusing when your appointment time is always changed then you try to call they never answer!
