What a cool find. We were in Gurnee for an appt and stumbled upon this place. It's so awesomel to have a Mexican restaurant which has so many true vegetarian options. It was so delicious and creative. The staff was very friendly as well. Will definitley come to back to try more!
Well this review is a bit of a lie because they were closed when they were supposed to be open. We were driving from MI to WI and planned to stop here for lunch. We searched Yelp, Google, FB, and Instagram and were so very excited to try this place. We even killed 40 minutes of time because we thought we were waiting for it to open. Joke was on us because they were in fact closed. Now, I’m going to feel horrible if we somehow find out there was some kind of emergency that kept them from opening. This was an amazing experience, Diana and her husband (The Chef) welcomed us and prepared us a delicious jibarito, tacos and tamales. The experience was amazing! Thank you!
