I have been brining my nervous lab here for over 10 years now. I have never had anything less than a great experience. Everyone has always been sweet and patient with him, always accommodating to any special needs or request, prompt and friendly service. The owner Christine does a terrific job at keeping the store stock and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially those who feel their four legged friends are family. They will be treated well here like they are at home. �

Nice staff, prompt service. I was really nervous about dropping off my chihuahua. He is 12.5 years old and I don't like leaving him in places where he his kept in a crate all day. Mom's and Pups understood and the groomer , since he is a smaller dog, offered to finish him quickly. My baby was in and out before you knew it, and back in my arms , happy and clean! I bathed my Great Dane there earlier this evening. It made the experience SO much easier than doing it at home. Everything you need is right there, and it is less traumatic for the dog. I'll definitely be back!
Amazing--Caring--Loving. Brought an 11-month old Goldendoodle who never had been groomed to Mom & Pups. She looked like a Teddy Bear, but was matted in places. She, with love, was cut down very low. I actually did not recognize my baby. For three days, after coming home, she was introverted--not playing--not caring about going to the park--ate to survive. We were out of town for spring break and came home to a dirty dog. Called and was informed they were booked up (Saturday) but they would call me back if anything opened up. An opening occurred and I took him in. A couple hours later I picked up the dog that was probably the cleanest he has ever been in his entire life. Stephanie did his bath and he actually smelled clean and not just like a wet dog. I will definitely use them again.
