Where did my absolute favorite bug man for the last 20 years go? Not only did we trust him with keys and access to our home but, he played Santa for my son now 20 for all of his childhood. And then you send someone i don't even know to service my home without letting us know in advance. Thumbs down to the horrible customer service.

Never in my life have I dealt with such a rude and obnoxious person. Vicky who answers the phone was disgusting and rude to me. Instead of attempting to keep an account that they have had FOR OVER 26 YEARS, she was aggressive, belittling, and hateful. Poor management that obviously has no control over staff and no staff retention. New ownership is driving a great company into the ground (now where it belongs)
they have protected my home since 1990. appreciate them.
