When I looked at my bill I was charged for care that I never received. I was charged for hot packs and EMS when I never received them. I was also charged for 3 missed appt fees of $25 each. I was never informed that there was a missed appt fee. One time that I missed it was b/c the receptionist wrote down a different date on the card then she put in the computer.
