5 stars for Dr Senthil for being such a knowledgeable and supportive GP.
Very poor service and booked us for after hours without telling us..
Love the GPs here particilarly Dr. Senthil & Dr. Nosa. Unfortunately, the waiting times are horrendous. For a practice that’s not too busy, it’s just unacceptable. The fees are too high. The receptionists are just downright rude. You may have good doctors but if admin & management doesn’t get their act together, people eventually won’t come back.

On enquiring, receptionist told us that there will be no charges even if the patient is from overseas but currently Staying in ACT. On reaching the centre, we were bulk billed. The charges were very disappointing and overwhelming. Felt ripped off!
