Pat and Paul Moloney are men of honor and they make sure that all of their workers follow suit. If the Moloneys say they will do something they do it, and they make sure their workers also comply. We worked with Pat to build our custom dream home. He was helpful, attentive and really worked through the details with us for great ideas. We brought our own Architect and he brought the drawings to life. His attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. He and his crew had great ideas for details that we never work have thought of, and love. The entire process was a great experience and we were amazed how fast he was able to help us realize our dream home.
We bought our house from Moloney Custom Homes and couldn’t be more pleased. Of course, we love the look and layout, and our friends and family have given us nothing but compliments, saying our home is comfortable, inviting, and beautiful. Since we moved in, the Moloneys have been incredibly helpful tending to minor fixes, connecting us with contractors and vendors to make sure our home continues to run smoothly, and answering our many (many) questions as first time homeowners. We are so grateful.
