FACTS: Molnar installed an entirely new HVAC system in our home when we added a second story. 1) Water condenser was not properly connected in wall, causing water to seep out of the bathroom walls and onto the floor. Had to have sheetrock ripped out to connect the condenser line. This occurred in July when we ran the A/C for the first time. 2) We then put on the heat in November. Molnar was the company used by our contractor three years ago when we did a full remodel and had central air installed. Recently our AC unit started flooding water into the attic and stopped working altogether... it took two days of phone calls back and forth to finally get a reply from Cindee, who told us she wouldn't be able to send out a tech for at least a week. One of Their trucks hit me a year or so ago after years of therapy l finally figured out I was making a left turn into a business. I had a concussion and subluxation from the accident. One of the trucks proceeded around me and clipped me in the front. At the time I was pregnant, not only that but because of the accident my son was born with gastroschisis. Robert Molner was recommended to us when I was getting a new furnace and AC installed in my home. Since then we have used this company to service all of our rentals. We had received an estimate from another HVAC company to replace a boiler in one of our rental properties. We contacted Robert for a second opinion. He came out and ended up fixing the issue quickly and for less then $100. We had another rental flood, drowning the hot water heater and furnace.
