My experience with Molly's Bridal was a bit mixed. On the positive side, they did a great job hemming my dress to the perfect length, and the bustle they created worked well at first. However, we lost the buttons for the bustle super easily on the day of the wedding, which was frustrating. I also felt like they could have listened better to the changes we wanted to make, and there were moments when I felt like a burden for bringing up concerns. I didn't end up finding my dress here, but I'm glad we stopped by. Sharon helped us out and was very friendly and accommodating. They have a good selection of off the rack dresses and a very nice, private space in which you can try them on. I recommend a visit if you are looking to buy a dress off the rack (and at a discount) that you can take home with you that day.
Rude and not friendly. Didn’t show us wedding dress. Made us wait for a customer that came in after us. Then didn’t offer to have try them on. It’s like we had to know what we wants my money goes better to somewhere else . Sad flew in for 6 hours for this treatment . They even told us three time appointments needed . Lol

You may wonder “Will I be able to find my dream dress at an off-the-rack-store”? I made a list of designer dream dresses before dress shopping. I wasn’t sure what to expect from Molly’s when I first went in but I immediately found 3 dresses that all matched up to what I was looking for.
