I needed an urgent appointment while traveling and was very grateful to get in same day AND was bulk billed. (Doesn’t happen where I live). The Dr I saw (AJ) was amazing. Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Was running a little late but did not try to rush me out the door. I wish I lived in the area so he could be my regular GP. Thanks Dr AJ 😊
I made a phone call at 9:30 on 15/12 and was given an appointment for 14:20 the same day. I then received a SMS confirmation for the online appointment and then received a phone call back from the surgery for some reason checking who I was and thanking me for booking online, which was strange since I booked via phone call. Dr Laigh is awesome, very thorough I am a new patient, he organised full blood screening, skin check and even removed two spots without hesitation and bulk billed! Also lovely receptionists and a fantastic nurse Thank's Mollymook Medical Centre
I was holidaying in Mollymook Beach and my wife required sutures to be removed. I visited Mollymook Medical Centre late one afternoon, they were extremely helpful and were able to attend to me early the next day. The service was very friendly and staff lovely to deal with. A very happy experience for me.
Best clinic from the front desk to the staffers... never a problem.
