Lovely setting, terrific food - a must experience restaurant.
We know that no matter what, we will love our visit here. And today was no exception to that....our meal was fantastic, the service was amazing and we were able to eat outside on this beautiful day. We took a stroll through the gardens and it was as beautiful as ever. This has got to be one of my very favorite places ever.
We had a great meal last night at Molly Ward. The staff and owners were gracious and welcoming. Every dish was well executed. Clearly a team that cares about providing a great experience. The bartender that greeted me (I've forgotten his name, I'm not good with names) did a great job of telling me about the restaurant, and making me feel welcome. I was really impressed. We had a really lovely brunch at Molly Ward Gardens this morning. The incredible food rivaled the magical ambience...it was simply perfect and we can’t wait to return for a date night in the garden under the market lights! Can’t recommend this special spot highly enough.
Very solid small menu. The food is good. We tried the Halibut, which was great and so was the potatoes that came with it. The mushroom risotto was earthy in flavor, the shrimp cocktail was a large portion but very sweet sauce that was a bit off to my taste. Salmon brusetta with asaparagus, capers and lemon sauce was a great combo. The Salmon was also too sweet. I would have preferred a different smoke salmon. We went today for the Easter brunch,which was also our first time there. We decide to be brave and take our two toddle. They did better than we thought . The food was amazing and so was one of the staff member with the kids . We can’t wait to go back without the kids :)
