Amazing experience ! Joy helped us throughout this whole process , mollies took back the necklace right away and fixed it right away without any hesitation !! Joy went out of the way the entire time to make sure we were taken care of and kept upto date !! Did not charge us at all and was super nice and helpful the entire time !! We love Mollies !!!
Horrible customer service. They sold me a piece missing multiple diamonds and refused to take it back. very expensive and very frustrating.
