Not welcoming at all. I went to this establishment to start the process of creating a custom gold piece. I ringed the doorbell and they hesitated when they saw me and one of them made a face of disdain. One of the women said “wassup” to me from the counter. They didn’t even bother to come to the door. I mouthed that I wanted to get a piece of jewelry made, however they would not let me in because they said I didn’t have an appointment.
