To clarify, it's not the hotel itself that I hate, it's the way management has decided to handle their marketing & promotional ad campaign for the hotel. Who are the delusional idiots that though automated promotional calls in the middle of the night was a good idea?? My wife and I don't appreciate being woken up out of a deep sleep at 1:00 AM to hear a recording of loud music and the voice of a woman talking about the ambiance of the hotel.
