They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. DJS Dr. Crissman was fine. She spent the necessary time to make an accurate diagnosis and was very friendly. However, her nurse on staff was rude and abrupt. In all fairness, I admit I was 7 min late --honestly, 7 min.--for my appt because I was new to the area and had a difficult time finding the office. My introduction to this practice was a very unfriendly, haughty, and embarrassing lecture by the nurse telling me I needed to be on time for my appts. I never went back.
