No one contacted and informed me that they would be late. When I called the customer service rep for the second (since they were now over a half an hour late for their 8:15-9:15 eta) and asked for an update- I was hung up on. No thanks, I’ll go elsewhere and be treated like a person.
Do not hire them. I wanted a deep clean and minimal requirements. Just kitchen cabinets on the outside, blinds and bathrooms. I thought the blinds had been done well, only to discover that they were mostly done, but not completely cleaned. My master bath shower looked exactly as it did when I left it to be done. Shower doors were still showing soap scum, tracks were not cleaned and the bottom of the shower was dirty. I had my first clean yesterday by Molly Maids after my housekeeper of many years retired. These people are great! They are professional and thorough. They ask how you want them to spend their time and if there are certain things you like done a certain way they try hard to accommodate you. The employees are friendly and respectful. So glad to have found them.
