Where to start? The staff was rude right off the bat when she called me because she couldn’t find the apartment complex. They then only cleaned half of my apartment! They said it was because they ran out of time, but if this was the case then I don’t know why, not one room was completed to standard. They broke an expensive hourglass in my apartment and then said they'd replace it -- now they don't answer calls or e-mails asking when/how they will do it.
RecommendedAngelina & Jen did a wonderful job cleaning our home. They were very thorough. Everything was so spotless when they finished. Persistent stains miraculously vanished!
They were dishonest in resolving a scheduling issue with us. The maids themselves were amazing. The office was dishonest and full of excuses for why a mistake was made with absolutely no attempt to try and make it right. I was assured by two different employees, one in person and on via phone that we had a scheduled appointment. Nobody showed and the office refused to do anything to make it right. Dishonest business.
I had a very negative experience with Molly Maids. 3 cleaners showed up to do a basic clean at 2:30pm and left at 4:00pm. They were 30 minutes late, but I was billed for 2 hours and 10 min nonetheless, with a total charge of $295--that works out to be $98.33 preperson for for the 1 and a half hours they spent at my house. I was quoted a certain price and 2 maids to show up at 3:00pm. They showed up at 3:45pm, and there were 3. I thought "They are late they will make it up with 3 instead of 2." They ended up charging me almost double and for 2 hours when they were only there for an hour & a half. So instead of about $100.00 an hour for 2 maids, I got charged a total of $270.00 for 3 maids for an hour & a half. Do not use them, I will be looking else where and for a refund.
