The home was empty and had a very light cleaning done the day before and carpets cleaned just before they came. The MM team just had go back over it and disinfect the surfaces, dust blinds and windows, vents and clean the cabinets, drawers out and get the fireplace. I believe this was labeled a "move-in clean". The disappointments were as follows, 1. the kitchen drawers were never wiped and cleaned. 2. I informed the agent on the phone when I spoke to her that I needed a deep cleaning/ post construction and that I was expecting a baby soon and wanted all the dust removed from the master bathroom and bedroom as well as the windows and down stairs furniture. When the cleaning staff arrived they were not made aware of the specific locations or job I had requested. I showed to them the exact locations I needed as well as what I needed done in the area. Daisha and Shalonda did an excellent job on cleaning out my property! From the floors , refrigerator and the stove , I was really amazed. Prior to them coming I scheduled to have my floors replaced, after they cleaned I was able to cancel. These ladies did an EXCELELNT job, thank you so much!!
