The estimate that they have on their website is far from accurate from what they really charge. My apartment is only 500 square feet and in a pretty good state. They did charge $400+ for the cleaning service when the high end of their estimate was ~$270. RecommendedMindy and Kelly from Molly Maid have been cleaning my home for quite a while. They are industrious, organized, committed and entertaining. I enjoy them AND the job they do for me. They have a system to ensure my home is much better than they find it. And I do appreciate it. As you can guess, this team is much in demand. I am lucky to have them clean my house!

I did a move out cleaning as I'm looking to sell my home.The beautiful job that they did is beyond words. 3 ladies came to my house and spent 3 hours there. The entire 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2500 Sq ft home is SPOTLESS. I added on refrigerator and oven cleaning and let me tell you.... It's worth every. Single. Cent.I'm so thankful to Molly Maids for making my home ready to go on the market and did it so quickly.
They took 4 hours to clean a house under 1300 sq. ft. (1285 to be exact). The quote was between $196-$294 but the actual cost was $432.74. The day of the cleaning I received a call saying the cleaning crew needed another hour to finish and would I approve. I told them I would need to go to the home first. When arriving at the home, the house smelled good, but they had not started cleaning the kitchen yet, which is one of the main reasons for the cleaning in the first place, so I told them to go ahead.
