If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off they don’t tell you but they will rip you off on the first clean at 140.00 per hour, it’s the highest number on their estimate. Second, it’s crap work, dust everywhere, debris in the bathroom, rings in the sinks and mold and mildew left in the shower stall. Avoid them at all cost and save yourself a huge headache.
This was my first experience with a Molly Maid franchise. I was so encouraged with the scheduling process. Jose and office went out of their way to accommodate my deep clean move in timeline. Carol and Tara came out today. I was completely thrilled with their work ethic, attention to detail, their diligence to eradicate built up soap residue, and their friendliness. Both ladies worked hard and it was evident that they were a team. Molly Maid did not disappoint and Carol and Tara are superb.
Akira and Yendrid always do a great job. I'm very happy with my service and I really appreciate the text/call when they're on their way. That allows me to manage the household so that we are ready when they arrive! Thanks! KimC
We have been using Molly Maid of Surrounding Richmond Team for several years. Initially, our home was deeply cleaned and now we maintain a regular cleaning schedule. We are particularly pleased with Team # 6, Flor and Vita, for their punctuality and thoroughness of their work.
