Astronomical pricing and lack of integrity for stealing money. Miscommunication and deception on pricing services. I was told one thing over the phone and charged another price that was not verbally agreed to. Workers doing additional services that I did not ask in order to raise price. They move extremely slow to justify the hourly rate. Paid $900 for first session a deep clean which everyone ids charged for first time based on time and rooms. Absolutely horrible service, I had a move out cleaning setup and two of the maids showed up and "cleaned" but they never touched any part of the windows, the mirrors in the bathrooms, top of or around the fridge and their cleaning products were sub-par. They couldn't clean a "film" off the floor using the products they had and after they left a simple Murphy's oil soap and some actual manual labor the film was completely gone. Molly Maids were prompt with setting up cleaning and estimate, cleaning to put a house on the market, deep cleaning like tile and grout, regular weekly cleaning and cleaning for move out. Tammy and Allison were outstanding and I could trust them! I would give a 5 if payment were easier. You can pay in person if you're home at the time of cleaning. Otherwise they charge a fee for credit card or you have to mail a check. They can be difficult to reach by phone later in the day but they do respond by text or email.
