I can’t even rate the cleaning because they canceled my appointment without notifying me. If I wouldn’t have called then I would’ve been screwed come Friday. On March 24th I accidentally booked an appointment while shopping around for prices on different cleaning places. Since I was still looking I called them to cancel it for the time being considering we were still shopping around. Then on March 25th I rescheduled online and even got a confirmation text about it. It was my first time using Molly maids. I had the great experience of having Jaynele and Brittney clean my home. They were great , very nice and extremely professional! I love the way my home looks and smells great. I look forward to having them again.
I would recommend Molly Maids. I use them as a one time clean for guests coming into town. Their communication was great. The process of scheduling was very easy and the cleaning was immaculate.
