That was then... this is now. I had an 11:30 appointment. time passes, no cleaners. I call the office. I an told they had cancellation's and sent team elsewhere first. I was told they would contact team and call me. that never happened. I called back. then I received a phone call from the cleaner telling me 2:15. I said you are assuming I have nothing else to do today. I was told 'I'm just as frustrated as you about this, I'm only the cleaner. Scheduling did it.'
