I used Molly Maid for a few years. They were generally okay, but at least 3 times in the last year, items were destroyed in my home. When I contacted the owner, he always said the workers denied it. Each time, I had to provide video clips to prove what happened. The last straw was they destroyed the mother's day gift my daughter bought for me. Business response:

I have tried to repeatedly to contact Ms Rodriquez to settle this dispute. Her description of our response to this is wildly inaccurate. I am still ready to settle this and compensate her if she would only contact my office. In the history of our company i have always gone to great lengths to address and take responsibility where it was due and this incident was no exception. Contrary to what this customer is saying we do care very much but I can do nothing if she does not reply to my calls.
