This Molly maid cancelled the service 20 minutes before their scheduled time two days before our wedding, offering no alternatives. When asked how they decide which clients get priority, she said “we take care of our regular clients first.” I guess they don’t want to create new regular customers. A good business owner would have either offered alternatives (come later, come Wednesday morning, etc) or showed up and did the job themselves. 100% will not use their services.
Quality customer service, flexible schedules, kind employees! We have enjoyed working with Molly Maid. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for excellent cleanliness in their home, business, or wherever else needs a fantastic cleaning!
We are a past customer and were wanting to re-establish service. After a month of trying to get on the schedule the crew did not show up for our appointment and did not return our calls to reschedule.
We used Molly Maids for a little over a year. My house had never been so clean! 2 wonderful women came once a month for 2 hours, and the house sparked. Just perfect! Sadly, we had to cancel when we moved.
I had them come and clean for a "move out" clean with "walk thru" the nextE day. Everything seemed to be ok until I checked the laundry room and it had not been cleaned! I called the office manager Melissa and she told me they had "another" appt in the am and could NOT get there until later the next day! REALLY?? I told Melissa numerous times that we had a final walk thru and NEEDED this to be done correctly!....WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service!
I like and all the ladies. I love Santos and Angela they do EXACTLY like I would clean but lots better. They know what makes this older woman happy.
