Edit Update: changing to 5 stars based on the extremely excellent customer service I received from the owner immediately upon reading my review. He ensured that the situation would be rectified and would not be an issue again. I look forward to a thorough clean during my next experience with Molly Maid. Honestly disappointed. Fine for a VERY surface level clean. But for $150 an hour I would expect it to be more thorough.
