I hired Molly Maid of South Salt Lake/Provo-Orem for a one-time clean as a gift for my friend. We agreed on 2 cleaners for 3 hours. They arrived late with an extra person I never authorized, spent nearly the entire time upstairs, and only called me with 20 minutes left to say the downstairs would require another 3 hours. Molly and Sammi, as usual, did an outstanding job this morning.  It is always a pleasure to see the results from their “visit”.  When they come it is like having neighbors coming over, visiting, then leaving us and our home in better shape than when they got there.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. First off they don’t tell you but they will rip you off on the first clean at 140.00 per hour, it’s the highest number on their estimate. Second, it’s crap work, dust everywhere, debris in the bathroom, rings in the sinks and mold and mildew left in the shower stall. Avoid them at all cost and save yourself a huge headache.

This was my first experience with a Molly Maid franchise. I was so encouraged with the scheduling process. Jose and office went out of their way to accommodate my deep clean move in timeline. Carol and Tara came out today. I was completely thrilled with their work ethic, attention to detail, their diligence to eradicate built up soap residue, and their friendliness. Both ladies worked hard and it was evident that they were a team. Molly Maid did not disappoint and Carol and Tara are superb.

We have been using Molly Maid of Surrounding Richmond Team for several years. Initially, our home was deeply cleaned and now we maintain a regular cleaning schedule. We are particularly pleased with Team # 6, Flor and Vita, for their punctuality and thoroughness of their work. Flora and Vita take great pride in their work and leave my wife and me feeling good about their visits. I highly recommend Molly Maid of Surrounding Richmond (Mechanicsville)
