Terrible business. Unfortunately after using Molly Maid for 1 year and recently having to deal with property damage by the cleaners and no responsibility taken + many other things I will no longer use them. This business is not honest. The guarantee of care of the property and cleanliness is not honored. I always found dirt on the floor afterward. However, some teams are better than others. Go at your own risk.

We are sorry you feel that way. In your original complaint, you were very upset that we sent a different team than what you were expecting. At Molly Maid, we do our very best to send the same team but when maids call in sick or no longer work here, sending the same team is impossible. We do our best though and I think we do a great job. As for the cleaning, you had not used our services in almost 3 months and you have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and over a **** square feet. They came a few minutes after 100pm and finished 10 till 400pm but tried to charge me from 1222pm to 430 pm. I had to pay because they had my credit card info. I did not appreciate sending girls who did not speak English. Impossible to communicate. The job was not complete and the dusting left much to be desired. They refused to clean and dust areas where they needed a step stool. So I was cheated out of almost 350.00 dollars for a half ass job. Big disappointment and a ripoff.
