Molly Maids are fantastic! Fast, thorough, friendly, professional. I highly recommend them! We have used a few different teams, but Team 11, Luz and Jennifer, feel like family. Our dogs greet them with wagging tails and Luz and Jennifer always take the time to scratch their ears and say hello. It makes it much easier on me to have people in the house while I am working. BELOW BASIC BUSINESS I had an appointment scheduled with them yesterday and they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment for no reason. I am so pleased with the amazing service I got from my team, Team 22! Dora and Blanca L were so so thorough, kind, and amazing at their jobs. They went above and beyond for cleaning and it meant so much to me to come home to a spotless apartment. My first time using Molly Maids - my expectations were high tbh and they exceeded them. I scheduled a cleaning and it was confirmed and cleaners never showed up to the scheduled cleaning they charged me DOUBLE for a cleaning that has never happened. I called immediately when no one showed and was told they were on the way and to notify them if they did not, and they never showed. I called and emailed multiple times saying not to charge me as the services were never provided. Days later my card was charged double what the original quote was.
