¡Muchas gracias! Thank you so much, Team 11 (Luz, Norma, & Jennifer) I’m so happy with the cleaning we receive. They are always thorough, consistent, and considerate. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how reliable they are. On top of that they are kind and gentle with my dog, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
I had scheduled my initial deep, clean with ongoing service after that. The person I spoke to was very unprofessional and I had some concerns about who I was dealing with when I scheduled the service. Well, my concerns were were well founded because no one showed up. I don’t see how people can run businesses like this today and expect to succeed. Do not use this service because they may have one bad apple but they need to get rid of it if that’s the case.
I had them booked for a move out clean on the final day of my lease and no one showed up. When I called the office, they said they had to cancel my appt and “tried” to call me once the day before however I didn’t have any missed calls. I also received a confirmation text after the time they claimed they called me.
We have been using a bi-weekly service since May. Yolanda and Lesly came to our house today, and did an amazing job cleaning our house. We appreciated the time they spent making sure things were cleaned well! We had family coming this weekend, and it's always great to know we can rely on Molly Maids to make sure things are clean!
