Scheduled service. They didn't show, they didn't call. It was important. Will never try them again.
I had a deep cleaning- they did a great job (esp. w/ bathtub & stovetop)!
Once the team arrived, they did a great job. I have been overwhelmed by the thought of cleaning and it's awesome to have someone else do it (one less thing on my plate). It would have been ideal to have more communication about arrival time sent pro-actively to me. I understand that an arrival window means any time during that window.
