Cleaning crew missed many areas. Careless with little attention to detail. Was hoping for better; more thorough cleaning. Molly Maids did reduce the price after photos were sent. I would suggest that for a first service the estimator accompany the cleaning crew to insure that what is promised is carried out

My husband and I intentionally did not move much into our new house to make it easy for the cleaning crew. I was told that they wipe out cabinets and baseboards however, it did not appear that they wiped down any baseboards. Several cabinets had residue or substances on the bottom of them that were left by the previous homeowner so it was clear that the cabinets were not wiped either. The company said they would make it right. They offered to come back out to fix it but we did not have them do that due to being in the proces... read more
