The girls came in & started cleaning and did a great job. My husband was home with them & said they did a great job. They were very good with our 4 dogs too. I can’t wait for them to come back every 2 weeks.
I’ve been using Molly Maids for 6 years. I moved in 2021 & they came with me. They do an amazing job on my weekly cleans & have done several deep cleans that were transformative. They always accolade any schedule changes. They’re wonderful.
Molly Maid started out cleaning with attention to detail but have dramatically deteriorated in job performance. They are not doing all the tasks that they tout in their brochures. I have to leave a note with tasks that they missed previously so they will specifically get them done. Very disappointing & dissatisfied. From what I understand, it seems to be the norm with most cleaning services. This is not acceptable! I plan to look for another service soon.
Jordon and Dakota did a good and thorough job today. My house aways feels fresh after Molly Maids are here
The crew we had clean did an amazing job. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. I specified having that crew for subsequent cleanings.
