Never showed up to my estimate. I had to take time off of work to be here, and turns out I needed to confirm the appointment (after three phone calls) by the text they sent two hours prior to the appointment while I was in a doctor's office. I saw that it said they were looking forward to our estimate at the right time and date from the notification, got here and waited, at 11:40 I called them and they blamed me for not answering the call or looking at the voicemail (no call or voicemail). Having a disability it's nice to have friendly reliable people to help out. The crew comes in and do a terrific job getting two week's worth of cat hair and dust out of the house. And let's face it, who wants to clean the bathroom, dust and mop? Today Kathy and her son Thackery were on point and as I mentioned earlier did a terrific job.

The ladies were fabulous. We have a newly built house and they cleaned all of the new build dust right out of it!
