I scheduled an appointment with Molly Maids to come give me an estimate for a standard clean, I did insist on a female being a female myself alone at home and I did share that it is for religious reasons as well as safety. When the appointment came up they didn’t show up, didn’t call or anything, so I texted and they gave me a bogus reason that the address is abandoned, however I replied back with a screenshot of the address on maps showing that it is in fact an apartment complex and it is not abandoned! I really wanted to like this cleaning service, but my experience was disappointing. Teresa was great — friendly, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, the other lady, Ashley, completely ruined the visit. She rolled her eyes multiple times, acted like she didn’t want to be there, and even hit her vape inside my house, which is extremely unprofessional. Scheduled a cleaning for 2pm today since we are planning a party this evening, they arrived 90 minutes early when we were still prepping the house for their service. They told me they wouldn’t clean the house in its current condition (fair, but they were extremely early, the house would have been in the correct condition if they waited) and left.
